Our aim is for our customers to have a stable solution in production. But we're aware that not all customers need the same level of support, that's why we've developed 3 levels, so you can receive the support that suits you best.

Bronze support

Basic support included in the eXpresso package that guarantees support on any eXpresso-specific bug.

Silver support

Provides standard support on your HP Service Manager software bundled with the eXpresso solution. It guarantees you an initial free support for all issues and offers the possibility for advanced debugging of your case.

Gold support

This provides top-level support on your HP Service Manager software bundled with the eXpresso solution. It includes regular maintenance of your system for all support issues.
